PTFE DISPENSE GUNS

NACOM offers two models of PTFE DISPENSE GUNS First is the 500 series rear trigger ptfe dispense guns and the 600 series front trigger ptfe dispense guns. Both guns are designed for comfortable operator use and both are equal in specifications with pressure rating up to 75 psi and having a 1 gpm flow rate. Both use the same gun bodies we use with our PTFE SPRAY GUNS

with the compression molded virgin PTFE preformed shape bodies and POLYPROPYLENE internal parts such as the piston poppet and spring retainer. The spring is teflon coated stainless steel, for aggressive fluids such as sulfuric acids we suggest having the Polypropylene parts be substituted with PVDF parts which can be done at a additional price. Equipped with a extended snout nozzle that makes dispensing fluids free of messes or splashing that typically occurrs with normal spray nozzles. INTERNAL UPGRADES

When using harsh chemicals we suggest upgrading the Polypropylene parts to PVDF.

Polypropylene does work with solvents however when your using harsh chemicals such as high concentrated sulfuric acids and other chemicals similar to sulfuric it would be best to replace the Polypropylene internal parts with PVDF and the gun should be equipped with KALREZ Orings .

This is a additional cost and will extend lead times

CUSTOM DISPENSE NOZZLES

I’m addition to our standard PTFE dispense nozzles our guns are equipped with NACOM now offers a dispense nozzle that has tips that thread onto end of nozzle . It simply has a tounge and groove seal and threads onto snout. Tips have ..030 and .060 diameter and is commonly used for stripping something. The fluid that dispenses out of nozzle and acts like a cutter

Custom dispense nozzles

NACOM offers custom dispense nozzles in addition to our standard dispense nozzles.
While our standard dispense nozzles work great allowing you dispense fluids into bottle neck type bottles, this snout is perfect for filling bottles without splashing.

The picture to the right or above is showing a custom dispense nozzle where you have the length the same as t standard nozzle but the barrel has increased in diameter size allowing a custom interchangable tip be installed. the tip seals with a tongue and groove set up that threads the tip into the nozzle and allows fluid to continue to flow thru without any kind of leaking. tips are interchangable with .030 dia and .060 dia hole going thru them. tips can be purchased as a set

This type of nozzle is used for high pressure dispensing .
