RECIRC GUNS
There are times when a standard spray gun does do the job you wanted but when you are using DEIONIZED WATER " DI " WATER the purity of the water is critical. DI water needs to be continuously recirculated to prevent any kind of fluid stagnation from occurring . NACOM offers you the RECIRC GUN which is a completely ReDesigned PTFE SPRAY GUN that has no orings in it like the standard PTFE Spray gun does. For applications that use DI WATER and the resistivity must remain high such as use in Semiconductor wet process applications the RECIRC GUN is the way to go. We redesigned the gun to allow the gun to function better than it originally did. The internal design uses a ptfe poppet piston that seats in the head of the gun . Unlike the standard DI Spray guns the RECIRC GUN has one inlet port like usual and the water goes up to the head of the gun and exits when the lever is pressed and pulls back the piston.
When the gun is not in use the fluid that may remain in head after depressing lever returns to the tank by exiting the head of the gun with a secondary orifice that exits thru a smaller tube that runs through the larger inlet tubing connected to the gun. This prevents any kind of fluid stagnation.
IMPROVEMENTS
Over the years with the gun in service it became a issue where the handle connected to the gun would tend to loosen up when the gun was dropped etc.. NACOM redesigned the button that attaches the handle to the gun where the handle stays secure and continues to function like it was intended to do. The stack up of the internal parts were reevaluated and changes were made allowing the gun to operate without any kind of leaking occurring from the nozzle .

The RECIRC GUN is available with a 3/8 fnpt or a 1/2 fnpt inlet port. either type is available
WITH OR WITHOUT HOSE ASSEMBLIES
The RECIRC GUN is sold individually or with a hose assembly connected and ready to install. Typical hose assemblies are coiled retractable FEP or PFA Teflon with PTFE fittings and PTFE male run tee that connects the gun to source of DI WATER and also allows remaining water in gun to return to source. Straight PTFE tubing is also available though not as popular as the retractable style hose
